Garda Lake Zhineng Qigong organises in cooperation with Chineese Zhineng Qigong Masters and Teacher from
all Europe, international Zhineng Qigong Stages of different levels during the year.
We have special Workshops that combine Qigong practice with a travelling vacation. You will enjoy the purest Qi
of Garda Lake and the beautiful sparkling waters, the marvellous nature that surrounds the lake with mountains and olive groves. You can enjoy free activities like : sailing, paragliding, trekking to Mount Baldo and visit beautiful hamlets and green olive groves around the lake.
